The honest truth about this
The breakfast spread is practically a feast, featuring a scrumptious omelet station! Beach access is stunning, with soft sand and crystal-clear waters that make every moment feel like paradise.
The pool area cleanliness could use some attention, as litter sometimes lingers for too long. A few chairs and umbrellas appear worn, detracting from the otherwise beautiful setting.

Incredible beach experience and amazing service
Our stay at this resort was unforgettable, primarily due to the stunning Grace Bay beach and its soft sand. The service was a highlight, especially Emilio and Shawn from the beach crew, who were exceptionally attentive and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our week. We also loved that bicycles were available for free to explore the nearby town, adding a fun element to our vacation. On a minor note, some of the dining experiences could be improved, as they felt inconsistent at times.

Beautiful Property, but Service Needs Improvement
The well-maintained grounds and spacious junior suite offered a fantastic view. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet with freshly cooked omelets. However, noticed a lack of attentiveness from the staff at the pool area. For a truly relaxing experience, consider visiting during less busy times.

I had such a lovely time here, especially enjoying the fantastic breakfast with Janie and relaxing in the jacuzzi while sipping a delicious welcome drink. Both the beach access and soothing massages at the spa made the trip truly memorable. Just a heads up. the housekeeping could've been a bit quicker to restock supplies, but overall, it was a wonderful stay! 😊

The breakfast options stood out, particularly the fresh fruit and yogurt alongside the delectable omelette station. The beach was pristine and beautifully maintained, truly a highlight of the experience. However, the service was inconsistent, particularly by the pool, where staff rarely checked on guests. Maintenance issues were evident, as the pool needed attention, and the lighting appeared outdated.

missingWrote a review on 05 Junlimited chairs
Sometimes, securing a good spot at the beach or near the pool felt frustrating as chairs became seemingly scarce, especially during peak hours. The restaurant prices spiked significantly so that family dining could quickly turn into an expensive outing, which might lead some to consider exploring local alternatives off property. Additionally, the lack of charging outlets in the room was inconvenient for modern travelers with multiple devices needing power.
